Partnership potential.
Rin’ON is a youth-led, non-profit organisation based in Ferizaj, Kosovo. We engage and empower young people, particularly those in rural areas or facing barriers to participation, by strengthening their voice and providing the knowledge, opportunities and confidence to shape their communities.
Our vision is a community where active young people drive positive change. We began as an informal youth club in December 2013 and registered as an NGO in 2017.

What we do
Our regular work combines volunteer gatherings, film and facilitated discussion, human rights and peace education, the Rri’ON programme in villages, cooperation with schools and village councils, sport, culture and youth-led community initiatives.
We use experiential, non-formal learning and approaches that support dialogue, active listening, nonviolent communication, inclusion and reflection on identity, stereotypes and prejudice.
